Strawberry Yogurt Bark

Strawberry Yogurt Bark

Published October 13, 2026

Frozen Greek yogurt spread thin on parchment, topped with sliced strawberries and granola, then broken into shards. No-cook, freezer-set, high in protein.

Pan size and thickness: use an 18x13-inch rimmed half-sheet pan and spread the yogurt to about 1/4 inch thick, roughly 4 cups of yogurt mixture covering the pan edge to edge. Freeze at least 2 to 3 hours, until firm to the touch and snappy when tapped. Breaking into pieces straight from the freezer gives the cleanest shards.

Swap strawberries for blueberries or sliced bananas, or use a different granola flavor for variety. Store broken bark in an airtight freezer bag or container for up to 1 month; add granola only just before serving so it stays crunchy.
