Salted Caramel Pretzel Monster Bites

Salted Caramel Pretzel Monster Bites

Published September 15, 2026

Chewy chocolate-caramel clusters studded with crunchy pretzels and topped with fleur de sel—no-bake bites that balance sweet, salty, and buttery in every bite.

If caramel sauce is very thick, warm it gently (15–20 seconds in microwave or over low heat) to make it pourable before folding into chocolate. Work quickly once chocolate and caramel are combined; the mixture sets as it cools.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. For uniform bites, use a small cookie scoop or spoon to portion onto parchment.
