Crispy toasted baguette slices topped with creamy goat cheese, warm roasted grapes, and fresh thyme—sweet, tangy, and herbaceous.
Goat cheese spreads more easily when left at room temperature for 15–20 minutes before assembly. Roast grapes and bread on the same sheet at the same temperature to save time and oven space.
Crostini can be toasted up to 4 hours ahead and stored in an airtight container; assemble with cheese and grapes just before serving to keep bread crisp. For a sweeter variation, drizzle finished crostini with a small amount of honey or aged balsamic reduction.
