Roasted Broccoli

Roasted Broccoli

Updated March 23, 2026

Broccoli florets roasted at high heat with olive oil, salt, and pepper until charred and tender.

This side fits naturally next to chicken parmesan, spaghetti, garlic bread, roasted chicken, and grilled steak. Drying broccoli well is the single biggest factor in strong browning.

Using preheated sheet pan increases char and crispness. Avoid parchment paper at this temperature. It limits caramelization.
