Pork Dumplings

Pork Dumplings

Updated November 3, 2026

Juicy pork and cabbage dumplings with soy-vinegar dipping sauce. Chinese comfort food.

Store-bought dumpling wrappers work well; round wrappers are easiest. Freeze uncooked dumplings on sheet pan, then transfer to bag; cook from frozen.

For boiled dumplings, skip frying and boil 6-8 minutes until they float and skin is translucent. Filling can include shrimp, chives, or mushrooms as variations.
