Peanut Butter Cup Blondies

Peanut Butter Cup Blondies

Published October 13, 2026

Buttery brown-sugar blondies studded with chopped leftover peanut butter cups and chocolate candy.

Freeze the peanut butter cups for 10 minutes before chopping so they cut cleanly. Let the melted butter cool a few minutes so it doesn't melt the candy.

Keeps 4 days airtight and freezes well. Pull the pan when the center is just set; blondies firm up as they cool.
