Updated February 12, 2026

Thick swordfish steaks grilled with olive oil, lemon, and oregano.

Swordfish is one of the easiest fish to grill. The meaty texture makes it forgiving.

Greek flavors - olive oil, lemon, oregano - are classic. This is steakhouse-style fish.
