Dots Gumdrop Spice Cake

Dots Gumdrop Spice Cake

Published October 13, 2026

A warmly spiced snack cake containing small, flour-coated pieces of Dots or similar gumdrop candy.

Gumdrops soften into chewy pockets; they won't fully melt. Oil your scissors lightly to cut sticky gumdrops cleanly.

Tossing the gumdrops in flour helps keep them from sinking to the bottom.
