Crescent-Wrapped Jalapeño Popper Mummies

Crescent-Wrapped Jalapeño Popper Mummies

Published September 15, 2026

Spicy cream cheese–filled jalapeños swaddled in crescent roll strips, baked until golden, and topped with olive eyes for a playful Halloween appetizer.

Wear gloves when handling raw jalapeños to avoid capsaicin irritation on hands and eyes. Cream cheese should be softened to room temperature for smooth, even filling.

Mummies can be assembled up to 4 hours ahead, covered, and refrigerated before baking. Crescent roll dough can be chilled for 10 minutes before wrapping if it becomes too warm and sticky.
