Cranberry-Ginger Sparkling Mocktail

Cranberry-Ginger Sparkling Mocktail

Published November 1, 2026

Fresh cranberries simmered with ginger into a tart-sweet syrup, stirred with lime and topped with sparkling water over ice.

Ginger beer in place of sparkling water makes it spicier. For a spritz, top with prosecco instead of sparkling water.

The syrup keeps 1 week refrigerated; make it ahead for a party.
