Caramel Candy Apple Crisp

Caramel Candy Apple Crisp

Published October 13, 2026

Cinnamon apples baked under an oat topping with chopped soft caramel candies melted throughout.

Chill the caramels in the freezer for 10 minutes before chopping so they don't stick to the knife. Toss the chopped caramels in a pinch of flour so they don't clump.

Leftovers keep 3 days in the fridge; reheat in a 350°F oven. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream; the caramel will be molten.
