Apple Brandy Manhattan

Apple Brandy Manhattan

Published September 28, 2026

Stirred cocktail of brandy, sweet vermouth, and apple liqueur with aromatic bitters and a cherry garnish.

Chill the coupe or martini glass with ice water before serving for optimal temperature. Stir for 30–45 seconds to properly chill and dilute the cocktail without over-diluting.

Apple liqueur can be adjusted to taste; use less for a drier cocktail, more for sweeter.
